OPC (Organic Photo Conductor) Drum Coating
System is the in-line system that performs the entire process to determine
product properties of OPC drum, including cleaning, coating and drying.
It is recognized as the optimum facility
for OPC production, with advantages of changing models without changing tools
and excellent productivity of in-line systems.
Process:
1. Washer
Remove grease, dust and other alien
substance on the interior & exterior surface

Pusher
Type Furnace
Pusher Furnace, a representative equipment
in the firing process, is designed to push the conveyor using the pusher to
move the product.
It
is used for the firing process of various types of products and it shows
excellent heat resistance, insulation efficiency and wear resistance against

implements continuity of an automated production system and uniform production
